You get a dedicated account manager, and we'll watch over your site, track usage statistics and make regular updates to the content on demand. For a fixed monthly amount based on your expected usage we can keep an eye on things for you and make sure things are ticking over nicely.
How it Works
All our sites are delivered with Content Management Systems, which means you can make your own content changes as and when required, but if you need a helping hand we're here to help.
We can also take over a site developed by someone else, and we can fine-tune large CMS sites and complex systems to make sure you get most out of them.
We also take care of routine housekeeping tasks like:
- Usage stats through Google Analytics, and identifying strengths and areas that need work
- Content maintenance and updating, including SEO tweaks
- Website & Hosting technical support during working hours (9-5)
- FREE web hosting for duration of contract (terms apply)
- Adding christmas trees / reindeers to your header banner (optional)
- Migration Services
- Joomla upgrades (including components / modules / plugins)
Pricing
Work is charged on a monthly retainer, with extra work charged at a reduced price from our normal hourly rate @ £25 per hour. Work is charged on a cumulative pro-rata basis, meaning that one hour worth of can be made up of many small tasks or updates spread out over a whole month.
- £50pcm retainer fee (includes 2 hours work)
- £25 per hour for extra work thereafter
- 12 month minimum contract period
