Freeq Magazine is an independent magazine and online portal covering music, fashion, art and nightlife, featuring interviews, reviews and articles on a wide range of topics.
BigSpring were asked to deliver a website capable of delivering a large number of articles and features, easy to administer and within a set budget. We have developed a portal based on the Joomla! Open Source Content Management System, containing hundreds of articles in dozens of categories with a powerful backend administration panel which met all the required specifications within the given budget.
Due to budget contraints for this project we have used a professional design template with heavy modification, with the look changing with each new issue of the magazine and featuring the cover artwork of the magazine itself.
